Our services rendered:
   • assistance in settling into the apartment you choose;
   • validating of the deal (lease contract, invoice for the services rendered);
   • warranty services for the whole term of residence:
   • various consultations (on interpersonal, tourist and legal issues).
   Residence fee includes:   weekly cleaning with bedclothes and towels replacement, electricity, heating, hot and cold water and local telephone network fees;
   Additional services (shopping, daily cleaning) may be provided under additional fees.
   The fees are indicated in respect of apartments and are not altered in respect of persons living within.
   We provide our permanent clients and partners with a 10% discount.
    We suggest booking in 1 - 2 weeks advance before arrival because of the limited quantity of apartments at our disposal.

  The following payment ways are available:
    • credit cards (Visa, MasterCard);
    • bank transfer to our account (upon the contract conclusion);
    • cash (in Ukrainian currency in accordance with the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine).
   The fees are in USD for the comfort of our foreign clients. The payment shall be effected solely in Ukrainian currency in accordance with the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine.
   We offer the guests of the capital of Ukraine modern furnished apartments refurbished in accordance with the European standards and an all-round service complex.
   European design and irreproachable service shall guarantee to our clients a home-made atmosphere of cosiness and make their staying in Kyiv comfortable, safe and unforgettable.
   All the apartments are situated in the very centre of Kyiv, next to the major business centers, museums, theatres, restaurants, clubs, stadiums, near underground stations.
   Our apartments are an excellent alternative to hotels, however, our fees are 40 - 90% lower. All the apartments have a complete set of furniture, equipped with the necessary video devices and other commodities.
  Room service and bed-clothes are included in the fees.
